The Rhinebeck Chamber Music Society is run entirely by volunteers. Performance expenses are over 75% of our budget. Ticket sales cover just 1/3 of our operating expenses with grants and advertising income making up some of the balance. The remainder of our income is from personal contributions. The support by individuals keeps our ticket prices affordable while allowing us to bring world-class performers to the community. The Society is also active in promoting concerts and educational activities, sponsoring events each season which bring together local school children and underserved populations and our artists.
Last year the Society initiated The Rhinebeck Chamber Music Society Fund, an endowment fund administered by The Community Foundation of Dutchess County. For further information, please contact the Society.
Contributors are recognized in our program at the following levels:
| Sponsor | $1,000 and above |
| Benefactor | $250 to $999 |
| Patron | $100 to $249 |
| Friend | up to $99 |

Contact us for information about program advertising, in-kind
contributions, as well as the many opportunities for
volunteering. Volunteers are the backbone of the organization
and are always needed. Special skills are not required just
willingness and interest. It is a great feeling to know that
your efforts have helped to bring these wonderful musicians to
perform in our community. Volunteers come from all over the
region and have one thing in common: a love of chamber music.
